- Chips have no real-world value and can't be bought, sold, or cashed out.
- Pick a clean username — the leaderboard is public and moderated.
- It's provided "as is", just for fun. Uninstall anytime.
1. Acceptance
By installing or using the ChipStack browser extension ("ChipStack", "the game"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use ChipStack.
2. Play money only — not gambling
ChipStack is an entertainment app that simulates casino-style mini-games using virtual "chips". Chips are not real currency, have no monetary value, and cannot be purchased, traded, redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for anything of value. There is no real-money wagering, deposit, or payout of any kind. ChipStack is not a gambling service.
3. Age
Because ChipStack uses casino-style themes, it is intended for adults (18+). By using it you confirm you are old enough to do so under the laws of your location and that simulated-gambling games are permitted where you live.
4. Your account & username
To appear on the global leaderboard you choose a username. You agree not to use a username that is offensive, impersonates someone else, contains personal information, or violates any law. We may edit, reset, time-out (temporarily ban), or remove leaderboard entries and accounts that break these rules or that we believe are abusive — with or without notice. Your in-game chip balance is stored on your own device.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use ChipStack only:
- For personal, non-commercial entertainment.
- Without cheating, exploiting bugs, scripting, or manipulating the leaderboard.
- Without attempting to disrupt, overload, reverse-abuse, or interfere with the service or its database.
6. Virtual items
Chips, titles, cosmetics, and other in-game items are licensed to you for use within ChipStack only. They are not your property, carry no value, and may be changed, reset, or removed at any time. Free top-ups and the spin wheel are provided at our discretion and may change.
7. No warranty
ChipStack is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee it will be error-free, available without interruption, or that scores or progress will be preserved.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, ChipStack, including lost progress, lost chips, or removed accounts.
9. Changes & termination
These terms may be updated from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly. You may stop using ChipStack and end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the extension.
